October 29, 2002 the Town of Hollywood Park City Council passed Ordinance Number 748 "adopting and establishing a developmental plan for the Town of Hollywood Park, Texas, to be entitled: Parks Master Plan." The Parks Master Plan was prepared to serve as a guide in the future acquisition and development of parks and for the development of recreational facilities within the Town of Hollywood Park.This plan is a guide only subject to modification. All decisions related to the Parks Master Plan must be approved by the City Council.
