Ordinance 877 - Illicit Discharge Restriction Ordinance	Adopting rules of Hollywood Park, Texas establishing Illicit Discharge Restrictions pursuant to U.S. Enviornmental Protection Agency Guidelines and adopted Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Standards, and providing a penalty upon convition of a violation of this section in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2000.00)per violation per day.

Ordinance 831 - Amending City Code	An ordinance amending the city code of the Town of Hollywood Park, Texas, by amending in part chapter 9, miscellaneous offenses, section 9-3, oak wilt prevention, subsection [a]controls, subsection [2]a and [2]c, residents and businesses within Hollywood Park, requiring all wounds to the trunk, limbs and root system of oak trees within the minicipality to be painted within 30 minutes of the wound with an asphaltic or black exterior oil or a black latex based paint; providing notidication to the city secretary/ providing notice to the texas forest service; providing for publication as provided by law.

Ordinance 825 - Amending Parkin Permits	An ordinance amending chapter 17, traffic and motor vehicles, article III, stopping, standing, parking, of the code of the Town of Hollywood Park, Texas, by amending in part section 17.63 (b) (2) (c) and section 17.63 (c) by replacing the term City Administrator with the term Police Cheif or his designee; providing for publication as may be required by law.

Ordinance 824 - Personnel Policies	An ordinance amending the Town of Hollywood Park personnel policies, amending section 15.04, employee performance evaluation, providing for periodic, employee written job performance and interview evaluations; further providing a time period for the award of a pay performance; providing the effective date of the pay increase award.

Ordinance 820 - Amendment of Through Traffic Prohibited	An ordinance amending the city code, chpater 17 Traffic and Motor Veh., article II Specific Street Regulations, in part sections 17-32 (b) through traffic prohibited, and 17-32 (d) (1) to exclude and exempt Hollywood Park Residents.

Ordinance 819 - Increasing number of pets	An ordinance amending the City Code, chapter 4, article II, Animal Regulations, by amending in part section 459 (a) by increasing the number of pets from two to four

Ordinance 818 - Removal of Stop Sign	An ordinance amending the City Code, chapter 17, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Article II, specific street regulations amending in part section 17-27 (b), by removing the stop sign of Voigt and Garrapata as a four-way stop sign locastion, making Voigt the through street and Garrapata the stop sign street.

Ordinance 817 - Ambulance Service Agreement renewl/extension	An ordinace extending and renewing the ambulance service agreement with Laidlaw Transportation, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, DBA American Medical Response.

Ordinance 816 - Special Election	An ordinance ordering a Special Election to be held on May 13, 2006, to submit a proposition on the question of reauthorizing the local sales and use tax in the Town of Hollywood Park, at the rate of 1/4 of one percent.

Ordinance 815 - General Election	An ordinance regarding General Elections within the Town of Hollywood Park relating to the appointment of a presiding Election Judge, an Alternate Presiding Election Judge, Appointmet of an Early Ballot Board, Prescribing the maximum number of clerks to be appointed. Establishing the rate of compensation to be paid to the Election Officers, and providing the early voting and election day voting shall be conducted by Direct Record Electronic Machines (DRE) and counted electronicallu by the DRE voting machine.
